How quotes work

Mechanics set the base job quote after reviewing the request. Before payment, the customer sees the mechanic quote, the Roadside Relay app fee, and any applicable ASAP distance charges. No work begins until the customer accepts the final total.

How money moves

Customers fund the quoted job balance before work begins. The platform holds those funds while the job is active, then the mechanic's available balance is released after completion. Mechanics withdraw earnings through connected Stripe payout accounts.
